Hawaii's Plantation Village has a few volunteer opportunities available in the following sections:

1. Docent/Guide
   • 1 week training needed
   • Guide visitors through 30 buildings on 5 acres of reconstructed sugar plantation village
   • 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
   • Monday - Saturday opportunities
2. Education Docent
   • Minimal training for games and activities for school children tours.
   • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
3. Museum Collection Department Aide
   • Data entry of artifact records
   • Artifact history - identify, measure, use, ethnicity
   • Photograph artifacts, add to computer
   • Organize research material available to the public
   • Copy photographs in collection, add to computer
   • Scan original donor forms into computer
   • Inventory collection
   • Wrap and label artifacts for storage
   • Put accession numbers permanently on artifacts

Volunteer Hours Needed: We can work with the individual.
